UnFrame on Medium for the Matter publication

Matter in conjunction with Medium designers  choose the photos of UnFrame photographer Mstyslav Chernov for the  publication about the role of technology in liberty and data surveillance. The story written by Zeynep Tufekci focuses on the Gezi Park Turkey protest and the massive use of tear gas to disperse the protesters.

Medium is the new web platform created by Evan Williams, founder of Blogger and Twitter.

Matter is the successful crowdfunded project run by Jim Giles and Bobbie Johnson. The project “focuses on doing one thing, and doing it exceptionally well. Every week, we will publish a single piece of top-tier long-form journalism about big issues in technology and science.”

UnFrame is very pleased to have been selected as a photojournalism source for the story of this week with the photos of Mstyslav.
